These terms apply when you use the Mambazham website, its curated Keralam discovery experience, and its Malayalam learning tools. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
What Mambazham provides
Mambazham is an early, account-free educational and editorial product. It provides original short summaries, links to selected sources, and beginner Malayalam lessons. Features may be incomplete, experimental, changed, or withdrawn while the MVP is developed.
Curated information, not official advice
Discovery results are informational summaries, not government, travel, medical, legal, safety, or professional advice. Mambazham does not promise that every result is complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances. Verify time-sensitive details—including weather, closures, prices, transport, entry rules, availability, and safety guidance—with the relevant official source before acting.
Language learning
Malayalam usage, pronunciation, spelling, and meaning can vary by region and context. Lessons are learning aids rather than certified instruction, an exam, or evidence of proficiency. Treat cultural explanations as introductions, not as a single authoritative version of a living tradition.
Sources, links, and intellectual property
Source pages, photographs, videos, recipes, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. A link does not mean that its publisher endorses Mambazham. Third-party sites apply their own terms and privacy practices. Mambazham’s original interface, copy, annotations, and branding may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Service providers
Mambazham may use infrastructure and search providers, including Firebase and Algolia, to host the service, publish reviewed content, and return search results. Availability can be affected by those services. Search providers rank only the Mambazham records supplied to them; a result is not an endorsement by the provider.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code, bypass feature controls, misrepresent Mambazham content, or use automated access in a way that burdens the service or violates another party’s rights. Reasonable personal use and ordinary linking are welcome.
Local data and privacy
The current MVP stores learning preferences and progress in your browser. Read the Privacy notice for what is stored, how search terms are handled, optional analytics controls, and how to clear local data.
No purchases in the current MVP
Mambazham does not currently accept payments or create subscriptions. Any pricing preview is non-transactional. Additional purchase, cancellation, refund, grievance, and operator information will be provided before a paid service is offered.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mambazham is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on the MVP or a third-party source. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Changes and governing law
Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction that apply to you.
